AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage to create fun, explorative, and challenging sessions that build trust. No partner is required – just a willingness to play.
Kids Yoga
Childrens Pilates, yoga & acro yoga is an active support to natural growth in youngsters at a time when they begin to sit for long periods. Our children’s classes are designed specifically for children and assist with improving muscle strength, maintaining flexibility, enhancing posture, concentration, breathing and ability to cope with anxiety.


Corporate Wellness
We work with companies of all sizes to create wellness programs for work life balance initiatives incorporating Pilates, Yoga and Acro Yoga classes which can be tailored to an office environment. We can support companies with existing wellness plans for their employees or help to launch a new initiative to support employee wellness and healthy lifestyles. We offer Pilates and Yoga classes for large or small groups (or individuals), at the clients workplace, either as regular monthly/weekly sessions, or one-off classes as part of an annual employee wellbeing day. Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage brings the receiver into a state of full relaxation as they are moved through various yoga positions passively, opening energy lines and rebalancing the system.


Dorn Body Alignment
Dorn Body Alignment is a non-manipulative, holistic therapy and true self-help method to correct spinal and joint misalignments using a series of guided movements and counter pressure that brings the skeletal system, circulation and organ function back into harmony.
