This girl really knows her Pilates! If you’re struggling post-partum with any back pain or weak muscles Kirsty is your lady. I’ve been doing both prenatal and postnatal yoga and Pilates with Kirsty for nearly 18 months and it has literally changed my life! I’m now on my second pregnancy and have managed to avoid SPD and almost all back pain which I suffered terribly from with the first baby. I found the Pilates sessions really worked to keep me strong and release my tight hips and Kirsty’s knowledge of the anatomy and especially pelvic floor was really invaluable and made a difference from previous sessions I had attended.
