Tuesdays are Mummy and Baby day! Pregnancy, birth, nursing and carrying a growing baby can all play havoc with our bodies often creating tightness, back pain, pelvic discomfort & muscular imbalances. Join me on Tuesdays at Playdates on the Palm Jumeirah for a relaxed yet focused class (with babies!) based on ClassicalPilates. The sessions help strengthen the deep abdominal & spinal muscles again, rebalance muscle groups & held tension (especially in the hips and glutes), and also develop postural awareness & correct pelvic alignment when lifting and carrying our babies. A standing sequence and yoga stretching is included, perfect for babywearing in carriers/slings.
