Our corporate Pilates, yoga and AcroYoga sessions can be tailored to all budgets and company objectives. This can either be paid by the organisation for its employees, or by a collective of interested employees taking responsibility for the cost, or as has happened, a combination of both, where the company subsidises the cost and staff pay a nominal fee. Pilates and yoga can be done almost anywhere on the company premises; conference/meeting rooms rooms, staff recreation areas, staff meeting rooms, even an outdoor area/terrace.
