Co-founder and Instructor
Amanda Duncan is a Yoga and Pilates instructor who has completed the 950hr Pilates Teacher Training through The Pilates Center in Boulder, furthered her knowledge and Fascia Release techniques with the Anatomy Trains focused training through Contrology Pilates Method (CPM) in London, and completed a RYT 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Erica Blitz. She discovered these complimentary forms of exercise in her early twenties and loves the way they have helped her discover how bodies work and move. With 6 years teaching experience, she aims to bring joy and health to her students in a fun and explorative environment. She continues her education in AcroYoga, Pilates and Yoga by attending workshops, immersions and trainings regularly.
